Shipping Terms

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for the Company to process orders made through the Website. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will vary by service and country. Delivery times will vary depending on User’s shipping location.

 

All orders are shipped via United Postal Service (“UPS”), unless another option is selected at checkout. The Company will provide a tracking number once the order is shipped. All Products are shipped F.O.B. Origin. The Company will not be responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages once the order is in the possession of UPS.

 

Standard Shipping within the United States

 

  • Standard shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days within the continental United States, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
  • The Company offers FREE standard shipping on orders above $75.00.
  • For orders under $75.00, User agrees to pay a flat rate of $7.00 for standard shipping.

 

Expedited Shipping

 

  • UPS 2nd Day Guaranteed Delivery orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 12 p.m. CST.
  • UPS does not Deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
  • UPS 2nd Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (holidays excluded).

 

 

Inspection and Rejection

 

User shall inspect the Products within 72 hours (the “Inspection Period”) of the delivery of the Products to the end destination specified in the order (the “Delivery”). User may reject any damaged Products (each, a “Defective Product”) by notifying Company in writing within 24 hours following the expiration of the Inspection Period, specifying with reasonable detail the damage and providing reasonable evidence of such damage, including but not limited to photographs of the Defective Product(s) (a “Defective Product Notice”). If Company does not receive a Defective Product Notice within 24 hours following the expiration of the Inspection Period, the Products will be deemed accepted. Company shall review the Defective Product Notice within 5 business days of the receipt thereof to determine the validity of any such claim. Company may reject the Defective Product Notice if Company determines the Product is not defective or there is otherwise insufficient evidence to determine whether User received any Defective Products. Upon acceptance of a Defective Product Notice, Company, in Company’s sole discretion, may: (a) refund the Payment; and/or (b) send a replacement Product. Prior to initiating any refund or sending any replacement Product, Company may require User return the Defective Product(s) at Company’s cost. Company’s refund or replacement shall be Company’s sole liability and User’s sole remedy with respect to any Defective Product(s).
